Breathe The Goddess - A Journey through Breath, Myth and Embodiment

Embark on a profound journey of breathwork and embodiment practices in our BREATHE THE GODDESS series. Through the exploration of the 10 Tantric Goddesses, we will awaken Shakti, the divine feminine energy, and delve into the wisdom of Tantra.

This immersive experience activates all dimensions of feminine energy—physical, psychological, and creative—within a supportive community. Guided by Harmony, you will explore accessible techniques adaptable to all physical conditions.

Rooted in the philosophies of Yoga and Tantra, this program is open to all—whether you are a yoga practitioner or teacher with prior knowledge of the goddesses or entirely new to these teachings. Each workshop offers a gateway to insight and self-discovery, inviting you to visualize, move, and breathe into new realms of awareness.

Through guided practices, you will connect with different aspects of yourself, unlocking emotions, wisdom, and a deeper sense of inner authority in a transformative space.

For the most complete and integrated experience, we recommend joining all 10 workshops, allowing you to fully embody the wisdom of each goddess. However, you are also welcome to choose the sessions that resonate most with you.

Are you ready to meet the feminine archetypes of Tantra and awaken their divine energy within you?

Testimonials

"There are not many course that you want to hop straight back on and do it again just as soon as you have finished, but The Mahavidyas course held by Harmony is one of those courses. Getting to know the ten Goddesses allows for deep exploration, whether it be on a spiritual, creative and/or psychological level. Over the years, the Goddesses have become my friends and my sacred mirrors. Through them, I have got to know myself better. I am deeply grateful to Harmony who has skilfully accompanied me through the process and has beautifully curated this course for the benefit of all. Thank you."

"Harmony as a teacher is walking wisdom. She is a living embodiment of the practices; radiating the kind of presence that can only come from deep somatic experience, understanding, and integration. I say this because I have witnessed her moving through life’s blessings and challenges with the grace and power of the Goddess. If anyone is meant to guide others in this work, it is her - because she holds space with rare clarity, courage, and discernment: inspiring not just through her knowledge but through her entire way of being.
